Checking in went smooth and the fact that most of the staff spoke english, was helpful. Breakfast was good. And the location was bang in the middle of town. The rooms were clean and the airco was great.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Included in the tariff, the evening meal was of high quality for the additional cost over the basic B&B tariff. Breakfast choices were fiine and the coffee was good.

Staff was very nice and approachable; plus helpful in changing our room on day 2 since the wifi (in certain rooms we were told) is really poor, especially if the hotel is full. Everything else from location, history of the building, and amenities were great!

We had a late check in, the hotel has a nice reception area with English speaking staff. The facilities are clean and well equipped. Car Parking is approx 100m away in an underground car park, you can pay for this at the hotel reception.

Great location, super-helpful staff (especially on check-in) and safe underground parking just a short walk away. Great breakfast and comfy beds. We stayed for two nights and would have been happy to stay longer.

All staff (reception and restaurant) really helpful, friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Location. Good variety, and prices, in the restaurant. Rooms very generous size and also very clean.

The Hotel has interesting architecture, a really nice restoration, very convenient restaurant in the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, well informed about the area also.

Excellent location.Clean and modern-ish room in historic hotel. Great value for money. Orihuela is a historic town with some good hikes round the mountain and along the river

Restaurant was excellent try the new tasting menu brilliant value the main staircase, dome ceiling was beautiful breakfast was good.
