Checking in went smooth and the fact that most of the staff spoke english, was helpful. Breakfast was good. And the location was bang in the middle of town. The rooms were clean and the airco was great.

Staff was very nice and approachable; plus helpful in changing our room on day 2 since the wifi (in certain rooms we were told) is really poor, especially if the hotel is full. Everything else from location, history of the building, and amenities were great!

Great location, super-helpful staff (especially on check-in) and safe underground parking just a short walk away. Great breakfast and comfy beds. We stayed for two nights and would have been happy to stay longer.

Excellent location.Clean and modern-ish room in historic hotel. Great value for money. Orihuela is a historic town with some good hikes round the mountain and along the river
